As the founding CEO of Docusign, Court helped redefine how the world manages trust, transactions, and agreements. Prior to Docusign, he founded and led multiple successful ventures, including Point.com, combining engineering expertise with a talent for commercial execution. His ventures have helped define new digital markets and driven billions in enterprise value.
Early in his career, Court held leadership roles at Cisco Systems during its hypergrowth years, gaining firsthand experience in scaling technology infrastructure for global markets.
As an active venture investor and board advisor, Court partners with founders, executives, and funds to accelerate growth, refine go-to-market strategies, and build lasting enterprise value. His current venture, FounderNexus, is delivering on its promise to triple the odds of success for venture-scale companies. Working with hundreds of founders around the world, Court is plugged into every level of the venture community. His portfolio and board experience span technology, venture capital, and philanthropy, including organizations such as the U.S. Olympic & Paralympic Committee Foundation, and several emerging AI and SaaS ventures.
Court holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from Duke University and remains deeply involved in the Pacific Northwest and global innovation ecosystems.
