Stefan is a seasoned executive and entrepreneur with over 30 years of leadership experience in the automotive and finance industries. He has held pivotal roles in some of the world’s most renowned companies, including serving as Group CFO at BMW and Deutsche Bank. At BMW, Stefan managed global finance functions, the global captive finance business and oversaw major strategic initiatives. At Deutsche Bank, he was responsible for the group’s financial strategy, global transaction banking, and key subsidiaries such as Postbank AG.

In addition to his corporate achievements, Stefan is a trailblazer in the electric vehicle sector. He co-founded Canoo, a company that achieved to a $2.4 billion NASDAQ listing, and served as CEO of B-ON, securing $150 million in funding and building a global EV manufacturing and smart electric ecosystem.

Stefan’s expertise extends beyond finance and operations to M&A, strategic development, and innovation. A German MBA graduate, he is also active in professional organizations and forums, combining deep financial acumen with a forward-looking approach to global markets and technology.
